SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Revenue Fortress SMS Alerts program operated by Revenue Fortress LLC.

Program Description

Revenue Fortress SMS Alerts provides low-volume operational text messages to authorized personnel at subscribing law firms.

Messages may include:

• New-intake notifications

• Missed or unanswered intake alerts

• Callback reminders

• Lead-status updates

• Account and system notifications

• Customer-care and support responses

The program is not used for cold outreach, third-party lead sales, or unsolicited promotional marketing.

Eligibility and Enrollment

You may enroll by providing your mobile telephone number through an approved Revenue Fortress opt-in form or account-onboarding process and affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox.

The SMS consent checkbox is not preselected. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

By opting in, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided

• You are authorized to receive Revenue Fortress operational alerts for your law firm or business

• You agree to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Revenue Fortress LLC

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on intake activity, account settings, system events, and user actions. Messages may be recurring.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you enroll again through an approved opt-in method.

Supported Carriers

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Program Changes and Termination

Revenue Fortress LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.

Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
